Specifications & Budget

In order to reach a complete and accurate budget, we build your house on paper first – from permits to punch list. This provides full transparency and a meaningful budget, ensuring we have accurately captured your vision – and you know the budget and cash flow plan. This process is much more extensive than other builders.

Fixed Pricing

Once we are satisfied that the Specifications reflect the full scope of work, we offer a Fixed Price Contract. Fixed pricing assures your ability to financially plan for construction while having the peace of mind that the budget will not grow during the building process.

Execution

Selection Coordinator: Your personal Selection Concierge, will help you select the options that will make your house a home. She works with your style preferences to assure you get the dream home you want – inside and out.

Project Manager: Your dedicated Project Manager will keep you informed of progress, and is your single point of contact through the construction process.

Change Orders: We provide detailed information and costs before executing any request to changes in the contract Scope of Work. This means no surprise bills for you and keeps us on the same page.

Warranty

We offer a full one year warranty to protect your home and give you peace of mind. We follow the Residential Construction Performance Guidelines to assure you the best quality. Little things come up after some projects, and we want to make sure they are fixed in a timely manner as part of our commitment to you.
